A science graduate from Delhi University, Aditya has Masters Degree in Computer Applications from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He has also pursued Masters in Science, Development Practice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Prior to co-founding i-Saksham Education and Learning Foundation, Aditya worked with the District Administration, Jamui(Bihar) and Upper Subansiri (Arunachal Pradesh), as a Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow, helping them implement various development programs and local initiatives. He has also worked in the area of Business Analytics in Risk, Operations and Climate Change & Sustainability.
MBA from Symbiosis, Pune, with more than 12 years of experience in Women’s Financial Inclusion, Gender, implementation of Government flagship schemes, and Education. He served as PMRDF for 3 and a half years.
A post-graduate in Physics and Finance, Anup Mukerji is a retired civil servant and holds the title of Independent Director. A 1974 batch IAS officer, he has worked in various roles in the Central Government as well as in the State of Bihar. His focus areas are development administration and development policy.
An alumnus of IIM-Ahemadabad and Harvard Graduate School of Education, Shweta’s latest stint was with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working with the Madhya Pradesh state government to drive large scale education transformation work. Prior to this, Shweta was a part of The Education Alliance and led research, partnerships and communications. She has previously led the Content Development and Assessment team at XSEED.
Sandeep is the Managing Partner at Acuvon Consulting. Prior to this, he was founding member of i3 Consulting and Analytics team at McKinsey & Co. Acuvon Consulting is an analytics based advisory firm serving clients in the Middle East and South East Asia region. The company works in the areas of Business Strategy, Corporate Finance, Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics and Business Process Improvement. It is a 60+ member strong team with diverse experience from some of the most esteemed colleges of India namely: IIT, IIM and ISB. This helps challenge the team’s thought process each day and inspires innovative ideas for clients.
Sandeep has 18+ years of experience of working with clients on a continuous basis on both strategic and operational assignments and helping them realize their business objectives; build their portfolio of products and services, helping them expand into synergetic businesses and achieve profitable growth.
He is a Chartered accountant and a business graduate with CISA and CIA certification.
Post Graduate in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University with more than 15 years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, Education, and Skill Development with organizations like McKinsey, i3C, and Skill Kindle.
Soumen Biswas led the support cell for Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellowship Programme at the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. He is also responsible for the NGO partnership activities of National Rural Livelihoods Mission. Earlier, Mr. Biswas spent long years in PRADAN, a national NGO that is acknowledged for its seminal work in rural livelihood promotion. While in PRADAN, he worked in various capacities to promote the livelihood of indigenous communities and he was also involved in its institution building
processes. He was the Executive Director of PRADAN for five years up until 2012.
Soumen Biswas has advised Government of India and various state governments on issues related to civil society organizations, poverty alleviation and rural development.
He holds degrees in Rural Management and Agricultural Sciences.
Paresh is lead mentor at Ujwal Impact Advisors. Paresh served as CEO of Piramal Foundation. He was closely involved in developing innovative solutions for issues that are critical roadblocks towards unlocking India’s economic potential. Paresh has more than 30 years of experience with strengths in strategy, project management, time-bound execution and building customer-friendly servicing models. He has served as the Executive Director & COO of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Limited.
Paresh is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
Ujwal is lead mentor at Ujwal Impact Advisors. A banker for 28 years, Ujwal has held key senior management positions at several leading banks. In 2002, he entered the social sector as CEO of Pratham. He also served as CEO of GiveIndia. Currently, Ujwal serves on the board of several nonprofits.
Ujwal holds a Masters degree in Biochemistry and post-grad qualifications in Bank Management.
Geeta is country director of Michaels and Susan Dell Foundation, India. She manages the foundation’s operations in India to transform the lives of urban low-income communities through improved education, livelihoods and financial inclusion. In her role, Geeta manages the strategy and implementation of the foundation’s work in India in two key areas of Education and Family Economic Stability. Geeta spent more than 12 years with the corporate finance group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in India, advising large Indian and multinational clients on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, business plans, and valuations.
She is an alumni of the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) and Lady Shri Ram College (Delhi).
Rupal looks at building CSR, Foundations and other partnerships at i-Saksham.
Rupal holds a Ph. D. degree in CSR from IIT Roorkee.
Namrata works to ensure that the fellows continue to excel in social, ecomnomic sphere after the fellowship as well.
She holds a Masters degree from North Eastern Hill University.
